Our registries are currently not available online. Please email your request to registries@momstobeandmore.com including the registrants first and last name, and a registry number if possible. An updated registry will be sent to you within 24 hours. If you require immediate assistance please call the store at 416-488-9907 during store hours (MON-WED 9-7, THUR-FRI 9-8, SAT 10-6, SUN 11-5:30) and a sales associate will be more than happy to help you.
Hints on how to compose the perfect registry
The biggest misconception with registries is that it may appear presumptuous to place many items onto a registry – it is, in fact, important to have lots of items as it gives people many choices. Having a registry where only a few items have been selected, may leave people craving for options, which more often than not, leave people frustrated. Your friends and family may choose to purchase gifts that are not on your registry. Registries are a guideline of wishes and we do not guarantee choices.
While doing your registry, try to stay focused. If you start in one part of the store, say the stroller department, try to stick to that department until you have completed it. Staying on track will keep you focused – not to mention your registry will be finished a lot faster. Before you arrive, try to do some product research. Having even basic knowledge of our products will make your registry less overwhelming, and more fun!
Make sure you have something to eat either before you arrive at the store, or bring a snack and/or a drink with you to keep yourself energized. Keep in mind that your registry could take as long as 2 hours – but don’t feel you have to complete it all in one session. You can come back any time, or you can send an email to: registries@momstobeandmore.com with your questions and changes. This should be a fun, and stress-free time – so the more you are prepared, the better it will be!
Registries can be emailed, faxed, or read over the phone – what ever works best for your friends and family. When a purchase has been made for you, your friends and family may leave it here, or take it with them. If the gift is left here ,we will inform you of the purchase, and store your gift in our sold room until you are ready to pick it up, or you can arrange to have your gifts delivered. Purchases can also be made over the phone. Again, your friends and family can choose to leave the gift here, pick it up, or arrange to have it delivered. It is a good idea for you to request a copy of your registry be emailed to you after you have had your shower or baby so that you can keep track of purchases as well.
Our registry return policy is as follows: you have 90 days from the date of purchase to receive store credit or exchange – REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED ON GIFTS. All items must be in their original condition and/or packaging, and items like clothing cannot have been washed, and all labels must still be attached. All SALE and SPECIAL ORDER items are final sale.
