Your new bundle of joys 1st nursery should be a beautiful place to spend many hours relaxing, being stimulated and dreaming sweet dreams. We offer many furnishings styles, makes and colours for your nursery set- up. Essentials include: cribs, dressers, armoires, gliders, change tables, bedding and many other accessories. All our furnishings are displayed in our stunning furnishings department, located on the second floor of the store. Here are a few pointers from the our professionals to keep in mind when researching and purchasing your items:

Furnishings can take quite a long period of time to arrive after being ordered, (some up to 12 weeks). Choose carefully and order early to avoid disappointment. We provide free storage for your furnishings until the time you are ready to receive them.
Take lots of measurements in the nursery to make sure the chosen items all fit in the desired spots and do not crowd the room. Keep in mind that other items will be taking up floor space, like diaper disposal units, toy boxes, area rugs, toys and baby equipment.
Remember that hip height dressers are ideal purchases to be doubled as a change station by simply adding a contoured change pad (preferably contour rather then flat so that baby doesn't roll off the unit!).
Try to invest in solid dressers, as this item is timeless, catering to your child's needs up to and beyond the teenage years.
Many cribs convert into a twin bed or double bed and will save you money in the long run if you can accommodate this item; it's a good one to buy.

Have lots of fun with the nursery. There are great accessories to dress up your baby's room.
