So your baby is screaming because it’s time to nurse. You look around for something to help you and your baby get positioned comfortably but find very limited options. You try: a bed pillow, a sofa cushion, a rolled-up towel, maybe even a large teddy bear. Using these items one might find none of these choices stayed in place; if you move your baby often will loose their feeding latch. So there you are trying to stay frozen in place for the whole feeding, which can leave you sore and uncomfortable.
