How to Enter

In Store:

Come into the store with at least two photos of your nursery on a CD and fill out an entry form available upstairs in the Furnishings department or here. Hand both things to anybody in a Moms to be… and More shirt and you’re good to go!

Online:

Download this file. After filling out, save a copy to your hard drive and email the copy with your images to furnishings@momstobeandmore.com.

2011 Moms to be… and More Nursery Contest Rules

1. Contest ends on June 1st, 2011.
2. Winner to be contacted by phone.
   
3. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a $250 gift certificate for Moms to be… and More. 3 Category Winners will receive a $100 gift certificate for Moms to be….and more.
   
   1. Gift certificates must be used at our flagship location at 1642/52 Bayview Ave. but does not have to be used all at once. The remaining difference will be issued as a store credit, which has no expiration.
   2. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.
      
   3. Gift certificates must be physically in the store to be used. Customers cannot use them on our website or by e-mail.
      
   4. Gift certificates will not be mailed. Gift certificates will be held at store, Bayview location for pick up.
      
4. One entry per household/family.
   
5. At least two pictures with different angles of the room must be submitted.
   
6. Must contain at least one piece of furniture that was purchased at Moms to be… and More.
   
7. Winners will be featured in the monthly e-newsletter.
   
8. All entries will be in a gallery and/or album of customer-submitted nurseries, online and in-store.
   
9. Customers may submit entries via e-mail at furnishings@momstobeandmore.com or dropped off in-store on a CD along with a completed entry form available at the Furnishings cash desk.
   
10. Any photos or discs submitted in-store will not be returned to customers.
    
11. By entering this contest, customers give Moms to be… and More permission to use their photos for promotional purposes either in store or online.
    
12. Contest winners to be decided by furnishings’ staff members.  Nurseries will judged based on a criteria of different categories (theme, use of colour, furniture, wall décor, accessories, creativity).
