Are your registries online?
Registries are not accessible online at this time. However, we will be happy to provide you with special cards where you can note your registry number, and using that number or your name, we can email or fax your registry to anyone. As well, your friends and family around the world are more than welcome to call and purchase gifts over the phone.

What happens when someone purchases a gift in store?
When someone purchases a gift from your registry in the store, it will be identified as “Purchased” in our computer. Please tell your friends and family to alert our sales staff that they are buying from your registry. They can either take the gifts with them when they buy it, or they can leave it here for you to pick up. If someone leaves a gift in the store, we will call you to let you know.

What happens when someone purchases a gift over the phone?
When someone purchases a gift from your registry over the phone, it will similarly be moved from the “Required” to the “Purchased” category on our computer. Phone purchases can be done using VISA, MasterCard or American Express, and will be stored here for pick up. If the gift fits in one of our Moms to be and More bags, it will be wrapped in tissue and ribbon, and a gift tag will be added. Larger boxes will be given a ribbon and gift tag, but for environmental reasons, it will not be wrapped. Whenever a gift is purchased from your registry over the phone, we will call you and let you know.

Do my special discounts apply to purchases from my registry?
If you are having multiple (twins, triplets, etc) births, you, and anyone purchasing off your registry, will receive 10% off. Car seats purchased for multiples will receive the 10% discount OR the free car seat installation certificate. Both discounts cannot be applied. Some exclusions may apply.

What if an item changes price?
Gifts on registries are subject to price change at any time. If for some reason a discrepancy exists between a previous price on gift and the current in-store price, the purchaser will be charged for the gift as it is currently priced in-store.
