|By creating a registry, you agree to the following:|
- You as a registrant have 90 days from the date of purchase to return gifts for STORE CREDIT ONLY - no refunds. Gifts must be in their original condition (for example, clothing cannot be washed or worn, all tags must be attached, larger items cannot be assembled, etc). Please be advised that sale items, assembled strollers, and special orders are FINAL SALE. For more details on our return policy, please click here.
- Gift certificates are FINAL SALE and cannot be purchased online - only in-store or over the phone. Gift certificates can only be redeemed in-store.
- When choosing your Shipping Option preference, please be advised this is a suggestion to your friends and family. We cannot guarantee that every purchase made on your registry will abide by your choice. All best efforts will be made to adhere to your preference. When choosing to have items delivered all normal shipping rates will apply for your friends and family
- Please expect shipments to arrive within 5-10 business days. Delivery is only available Monday-Friday (Deliveries cannot be arranged for weekends, evenings or holidays). Items are usually shipped via Canpar, but for some local deliveries we may use a local courier.
Communications from Moms to be and More
- You as the registrant are eligible for 1 free delivery (not including furnishings, and assembled products, only within Southern Ontario). Please expect shipments to arrive within 5-10 business days. Delivery is only available Monday-Friday (Deliveries cannot be arranged for weekends, evenings or holidays). - All communications will go to the email listed as your account user name. Please ensure email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org are flagged to not end up in your spam box.
- You will receive an email each time a gift is purchased off your registry. Please read these emails carefully as it will indicate where your gift is. If a gift is left at the store - please bring a copy of the receipt with you.
- Please note that if you require an item not available online to be added to your list it will take up to 24-48 hours.
- Please allow 24-48 hours AFTER receiving a notification of a gift left at the store to arrange for pick up.
- Gift wrapping is available for FREE. Only items that are small enough to fit into one of Mom to be and More's gift bags can be wrapped - larger items are not wrapped for environmental reasons.
- If you purchase everything left on your registry (in store only), or “close out” your registry, on one receipt within 8 months of creating your registry, you can receive a 10% discount off your entire purchase (some exceptions apply- please call or email customer service for complete details).
