Within 14 days of purchase - Refunds in original payment method (see exceptions below.)
Up to 90 days after purchase - Exchange or store credit.

Within 30 days of purchase - Refunds in original payment method (less shipping costs -see exceptions below.)

- All returns may be made in store located at 1642/52 Bayview Ave, Toronto, ON., M4G 3C2, or via mail.
- We suggest you keep the box that you received your products in to ensure an easier return if needed.
- Returns are done at your expense and we advise you to take insurance on your package as Moms to be… and More will not be held responsible if your package gets lost.

All returned products must be in original condition and packaging, accompanied by a receipt. Clothing returns must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached.

Items purchased as gifts will only be eligible for in-store credit.

The following items are FINAL SALE:
- All SPECIAL orders including furnishings.
- All clearance items. Clearance items are any items sold at a discount of greater or equal to 40% off.
- All floor models and assembled/out of box products.
- All bras, undergarments and potties.
- All gift certificates.

Moms to be and More reserves the right to limit/deny any return and to change this policy at any time.
ALL ITEMS BEING PICKED UP FROM MOMS TO BE AND MORE, INCLUDING FURNITURE AT THE WAREHOUSE OR CARSEATS AT THE INSTALLATION CENTRE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT OTHERWISE ITEMS WILL NOT BE RELEASED.
